Today, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 30, the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act. Congressman Riley M. Moore proudly co-sponsored the legislation, which would make any alien who commits a sex offense or domestic violence inadmissible to the United States. Additionally, aliens in the country who are convicted of such offenses will quickly face deportation.

Moore was an original co-sponsor of this bill, which clarifies that sex is based solely on biology. Additionally, the bill makes it a violation of Title IX for schools that receive federal funding to allow a male to participate in athletic programs designated for women or girls.
