Today, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 30, the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act. Congressman Riley M. Moore proudly co-sponsored the legislation, which would make any alien who commits a sex offense or domestic violence inadmissible to the United States. Additionally, aliens in the country who are convicted of such offenses will quickly face deportation.

Today, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 28, the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act. Representative Riley M. Moore was an original co-sponsor of this bill, which clarifies that sex is based solely on biology. Additionally, the bill makes it a violation of Title IX for schools that receive federal funding to allow a male to participate in athletic programs designated for women or girls.
