Today, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 30, the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act. Congressman Riley M. Moore proudly co-sponsored the legislation, which would make any alien who commits a sex offense or domestic violence inadmissible to the United States. Additionally, aliens in the country who are convicted of such offenses will quickly face deportation.

Moore (R-WV) will serve on the House Appropriations Committee’s subcommittees on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education; Commerce, Justice, and Science; and as the Vice Chair of the Legislative Branch Subcommittee.

Congressman Riley M. Moore joined colleagues Brandon Gill (R-TX), Adam Gray (D-CA), and Yassamin Ansari (D-AZ) on CNN for a freshmen member panel with host Jake Tapper. Congressman Moore hit on border security and the America First mandate from voters this past November.
